Updated 10 September 2026. English Speak provides digital English-learning materials for personal, non-transferable use. Your purchase covers the course access described above. The checkout identifies the contractual seller and applicable purchase terms.
Keep your sign-in details private. Buying access does not transfer ownership of course content. Do not resell, publish, share accounts or redistribute the materials without permission. Some lesson audio uses synthetic voices. We do not promise a particular language level or outcome.
Access is provided automatically after confirmed payment as described above. Temporary maintenance may affect availability. For access problems, contact our support email. The 60-day refund policy on our sales page applies to both offers. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

We use your purchase email, account identifier, order and access information to deliver the course. Inside the learning application, we also process your learning progress, language and settings. Account and course delivery processing is necessary to perform the purchase contract; security and support processing serves our legitimate interests. Records required by law are retained for the applicable legal period.
The payment provider processes checkout and payment data under the privacy information provided at checkout. Google Firebase supports authentication, course access, data storage and content delivery. Service providers may process data outside your country under applicable data-protection safeguards. We do not sell your personal data.
This sales page uses affiliate attribution technology to attribute referred purchases. The learning application stores sign-in and learning settings in your browser. Microphone features require your permission; playback recordings stay in the browser, while browser speech recognition may send audio to its speech provider.
Account and progress information is retained while your account remains active, unless longer retention is required by law or for legal claims. You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to applicable processing by email. You can withdraw consent and complain to your local data-protection authority.
Newsletter opt-out: purchasing the course does not require a newsletter subscription. To withdraw any marketing consent or stop newsletter messages, use the unsubscribe link in the message or email us with the subject “Unsubscribe from newsletters”. Course-access and order-support messages are separate from marketing.
